NM NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

We had Dean March arrive at see what he could do to repair our lately (improperly) repaired old (1964) 17' x7' wooden garage door.The past "repair" would even allow for me open it manually with out quite a lot of effort. Ugh!Dean appeared it around and produced absolutely sure I really wanted to preserve this door. I did!He was quite trustworthy in
